Typical (default) program
Intervals: 3 x (13 x (30s work + 10s rest) + 1m rest)
From a previous onsite session.
Equipment: A robust chair (or similar) to stand on and to do triceps presses on. A mat and small towel (it gets sweaty, I promise) is good to have. Wearing an "Einteiler" is of course recommended.
