#noexcuses


Sometimes we are travelling, in places where there is no gym and/or have “no time” for exercise. 

In my case I am currently in a place where there is no gym and outside conditions do not allow for running (it is slippery).



So, with that said, below are a few exercises which are easy to do anywhere and require short time.

  • Pushups
  • Squats
  • Backups
  • Situps
  • Lunges
  • Burpees (an excellent exercise)

So, with that said and in the context of #noexcuses, let’s commit to at least doing some of these (more on this in later post) wherever we happen to be.
