In the series of #noexcuses, we now present the very complex exercise of "squats on the water". Simply follow these steps for a great workout:
1) Go to a place with negative temperatures (centigrade) for a period of time.
2) Find suitable lake in the area
3) Go out onto the lake
4) Assume the starting position:
Note: Although unusual for the sun to appear these times of year, you do not need sunscreen to avoid burning. Trust me.
5) Change to the halfway position:
6) If not really sweaty: Go to #4
Note: At the time of taking these pictures, the temperature had reached a somewhat chilly level (as can be seen below), so getting really sweaty took a while, but as we say here on MAP: #noexcuses!!
