Deserted run

You know that disappointing feeling when your training "friends" desert your planned training session for something "more important" (which by definition includes only a few things such as child birth in your direct family, life threatening accidents etc.)?

Well, tonight was one of those times. Again.

So, feeling deserted and lonely a perfect cure is to do something unhealthy. Even better is to go for a run - no "friends" needed!

Said and done, a rather slow, but nice 10 km run along the river:



Oh, first run in only shorts and t-shirt this year!
