Regular exercise

Jan here. Since some time I have taken the bike to and from work as part of becoming healthier. This regular exercise is not very much, but it is regular and has helped to get improved basic level of fitness at least.

Below is a screenshot describing one of these commutes, which I typically do twice a day Monday to Friday in a normal week.



As it gets darker and colder, this will become more challenging, but I do have the intention to commute via own power also throughout the winter season.
