Saturday rowing

Today we joined a rainy session in the eight. Due to is also being a bit cold, we skipped most of the technical exercises and instead focused on doing some intervals and "micro pauses" during the stroke. All in all a bit over 14 kilometres, which made us tired.

We were both also still(!) feeling the Wednesday session in our body, so only did two sets of deadlifts in the gym afterwards.



We discussed adding squats to our repertoire of strength exercises, which otherwise feels quite complete now. So, with that said our strength training will consist of the following exercises:

Deadlift
Benchpress
Reverse benchpress
Pull-ups (reverse pull-ups to get to doing some real pull-ups)
The plank
Side-step lunges(?)
Squats(?)
Ergometer rowing (at least as a warmup)
