Weekday training

Despite busy schedules, we finally managed to meet for a weekday evening training session yesterday. Some new routines were introduced and we both felt utterly tired after this session.

In short:

1 km ergometer as warmup

3 x 5 deadlift: Jan 105 kg, Lars 80 kg

3 x 5 reverse bench press: Jan 35-40 kg, Lars 30 kg

3 x 5 bench press: Jan 75 kg, Lars 60 kg

3 x 5 reverse pull-ups (i.e. jump up and sloooowly down). This felt very, very effective and painful, which of course is great!

2 x 10 sidestep lunges with 5 kg weight

The plank: Jan 60 seconds, Lars 70 seconds - our coach and biggest fan - Suzanne - timed us via a video call - thanks!

Jan 3 min stretching. Lars 20 min sauna...
