Back to normal and this weeks' training

Finally, Lars is back fro his work travel and we could join Suzanne and Nina for an outing today. We rowed 10 km in non-ideal water, but weather turned from rainy to sunny during the session, which was nice.

After the rowing Lars and I went to the gym for a small session:

3 x 5 Deadlift: Lars 80 kg, Jan 105 kg

3 x 5 Reverse benchpress: Lars 32 kg, Jan 40 kg

Plank: Lars 1m 40s, Jan 1m 33s

And then something unusual: Stretching for about 10 minutes! It is said stretching is important, but it has not really been something we have practiced. Let's see if this is now a new beginning when it comes to this.



For me (Jan) the week has been OK from an exercise point of view, but I would need to add at least one training session during the week, in addition to my regular commuting exercise. Let's see if we can get a common session in during next week. To summarise my week:

12 commute biking sessions totalling 74 km.
3 rowing sessions totalling 19 km.
1 small gym session.
