Weekend training

This training I (Jan) had to train without my partner in crime, who is away on a longer business trip (again). This weekends' training in short:

Saturday
- 13 km rowing in the eight (with seven rowers as the Dane unfortunately missed his train in the morning...)
- immediately followed by a lonely short session in the gym: Deadlifts 3 x 5 x 105 kg + benchpress 3 x 5 75 kg

Sunday
For the first time in a very long time I went for a run. Run is maybe not the right word for it, but rather a jog. Anyhow, 4.3 kilometer is the re-start of my running career.
