In Interlaken. Again.

Last extended weekend it was time for our traditional rowing camp in Interlaken.

While the other half of the MAP duo unfortunately could not join this year, Jan went down to show some middle age power to the rest of the club.

Needless to say, the amount of power released while keeping a close to perfect technique was phenomenal. Not only did Jan show the youngsters that "old is eldest" (Swedish saying; don't ask, it's complicated) on the water, but a 10 km run as well as dominance during the evenings' social ware wolf games spoke for themselves.

Quite beautiful I dare to say.

The weather was not the best, but who did that stop? Well, quite many of the participants it turned out, but Jan was also in this regard showing where the "cupboard should stand" (another one of those Swedish sayings; don't ask, it's complicated).

The fan and the idol (one of them).

All in all, another successful undertaking by Jan, which will hopefully (but not very likely) be surpassed by someone else in future Interlaken training camps.

Jan also showed his - usual - modest and well behaved side by thanking the organisers who did an amazing job. It was so well organised that Jan even doubts he could have done it better himself!
